What is Guaranteed Tenant Screening?

Guaranteed Tenant Screening is our promise to you to stand behind all of the products that we deliver. It's simple - If you must evict a tenant you screened through CreditLink® Corporation, we credit your account for the cost of the screening.

What do I need to do to get the Guarantee?

There is nothing that you need to do at the time of the screening; the Guarantee covers all applicants who you screen through us. To get your credit just provide us with the Reference Number that is on the screening results that we returned to you, along with a conformed copy of the Judgment for Possession that you receive from the court.

What if my tenant had bad credit, or no credit at all?

Our Guarantee applies regardless of the results of the screening. For as long as the program is in place, if you rented to the tenant, the Guarantee applies.

Will I also get credit for data access charges?

Our Guarantee covers only our charges to you. If you have screened someone in a geographic area that required data access charges, these will not be credited to your account.

What about tenants who I screened two years ago? Are they Guaranteed?

The commencement date for Guaranteed Tenant Screening (v.919) is September 1, 2009. Only tenants screened after that date qualify.
